FLOOR BOARD, PANELING, BLOCK HOUSE BOARD, IMITATION BEAMS, DECK BOARDS, BASEBOARD, PLATBAND

QUALITY REQUIREMENTS:

Breed pine / spruce, length 4m and 6m. Humidity is 13 % +/- 3 %. Parameter sizes of floorboards in accordance with GOST. Grade A / B – the separation of grade A and B – is not needed.

• On the front side are not allowed rot of wood, wane edge, insect damage, mechanical damage, rotten and light knots.
  Lack of the contact of milling cutter, size discrepancy of more than 0.5 mm.
• On the front side are allowed sound knots without limitation, healthy ringed knots , black firmly seated (no-light knot) , stain up to 5 % of the board square, resin pockets of a width up to 2 mm, length up to 10 cm, wooden inserts up to 35 mm. on the place of light knots.
• On the rough side of board are not allowed rot, significant insect damage (facing the front side), mechanical damage affecting the strength of the board , size discrepancy of more than 0.5mm .
• On the rough side are allowed stain, knots without limitation, resin pockets without limitation , wane edge that does not violate the geometry of the board and does not distort the tenon or the mortise , lack of the contact of milling cutter.

Prices:

Unfortunately today we can’t offer you C grade material because in the course of production carefully picked up and sorted raw materials are used and in the processing of which defects are excluded for 99%. But if you are interested in this material we are ready to develop the program of deliveries of raw materials of worst quality and produce for you the material of grade C.

Production of other profiles, any sizes and lengths depending on your order is also possible.

PLANED BOARD, STRIPWOOD PLANED FROM FOUR SIDES, WITH RIGHT ANGLES AND RADIAL (WITH FOUR ROUNDED EDGES).

QUALITY REQUIREMENTS:

Breed pine / spruce, length 1m. – 6m. Humidity is of 12% +/-3%.

• Rot of wood, insect damage, mechanical damage, rotten and light knots, size discrepancy of more than 0.5 mm are not allowed.
• “Pencil” wane edge (bark is removed), sound knots without limitation, sound ringed knots, black firmly seated, stain up to 10% of the of the board square, resin pockets of a width up to 2 mm., length up to 10 cm. Lack of the contact of milling cutter up to 10% of the board square. Wooden inserts up to 35 mm. on the place of light knots are allowed. It is acceptable the material which is stuck together in length.

In case of the beginning of successful cooperation it is possible to us to obtain of the heat shrink machines, for further packing of a board in shrinkable foil according to your requirements.

HYGIENIC WOOD ANIMAL LITTER (WOOD PELLETS)

This is eco-friendly, hygienic toilets wood litter for domestic animals and birds. It is produced from sawdust softwood without the addition of adhesives, chemical additives, artificial flavors and odor absorbers. It is 100 % natural product. It absorbs in three times bigger quantity of moisture than its own volume, so that your pets’ toilet is always dry and fresh. It retains odors very well, does not stick to the pads and it does not cause allergies. It contains natural antiseptic components of softwood that opposing the growth of bacteria. After use it can be utilized in bathroom.

PELLETS (PELLETS FROM SAWDUST)

They are produced from sawdust of softwood without the addition of adhesives, chemical additives. It is 100 % natural product. It has a natural wood color, white or light yellow. It is used usually for domestic heating boilers, has minimal ash content and a very high heat transfer coefficient.
